We are having technical difficulties with our blog posts and are working on fixing it. I realize no one can leave comments and no matter what I do the images are words are cut off.
We thank you for your patience as we try to resolve the issues…

Leslie & Steve are going to be married this September. If there is one thing I’ve learned from this couple it’s that they know how to party with their friends and have fun!
We decided to shoot in downtown Toledo, but along with some of our regular spots, we wanted to add in a few new areas I found. (In case you didn’t know, I’m the one that almost gets in accidents daily because I drive looking at surrounding areas, not always paying close attention to the road!)
Of course, we have to start with the BLING!

I love laughter and capturing those moments between couples is the BEST!

This next one is one of my favorite shots that we do. Some have tried to mimic it, but catching just the right angle and the look on the groom’s face… priceless!

More of his “good choice”…

This is Echo getting one of her awesome detail ring shots.. be sure to check out her blog to see the end result!

I love it when my couples “mix it up” a bit, like when they decide to bring their new puppy to their couples fun session shoot! Meeghan and Cody have the cutest little lab names Walter, whom they call Wally, but Echo called him Marley, so we kept slipping and calling him that! Poor little guy was so confused! (not that they follow directions or listen well at that age anyway) ![]()
So, we had a little fun with Wally before Meeghan’s mom took him for a walk in the park while we finished up with the two of them.

Good dog…

Bad dog…

Meeghan and Cody, I can’t wait for your August wedding!

When I first met Brooke Lauber Cobb a few years ago I was like, Whoa, there can’t possibly be two of us! She and I are like two peas in a pod I came to realize. Both control freaks, I think of that as a compliment as we know how to get things done, and NOW
and I mean that is the best possible way.
Brooke is a wedding planner here in N.W. Ohio, and a mighty fine one if I say so myself! Her attention to detail is unsurpassed, and I have never met anyone (not even ME) who is more on the ball than Brooke. She is non stop full of energy and knows how to complete a task. She keeps everyone on track, and by the end of the night mothers of brides and even fathers and grooms are thanking her up and down.
I had the awesome honor of photographing Brooke, and even her husband, Jeff, jumped in for a few.
This is Brooke… free spirited, always happy, and loving life. She truly has the best smile.

She adores him…

and she is his world…

While shooting they noticed a bird’s nest they were standing under, and since Jeff reads my blog (but never comments, eh hem…)

….he had this idea, as he knows we always try to do fun, unique things with rings.

Jeff had to leave us to go teach a Bible Study (he is a minister) and we finished off with Brooke in downtown Perrysburg.

I saved my faves for last… Brooke is known as “Queen Bee” and uses bees and bee hives for her branding. While walking around downtown Perrysburg, we of course ran into all sorts of “bees” with it being the home of the Perrysburg Yellow jackets, so we had a little fun!
This next one was taken in a brand new, not opened yet, (at the time last week) little grill called Swig, which is owned by the same owner of Stella’s.

This one is my FAVOURITE!

Please visit Brooke’s website www.beefortheday.com to learn more about how she can make your event run smoothly and without any worries for you!
Brooke, I am sooo happy to know you and honored each time I get to work with you. Your professionalism is outstanding and your cute, spunky spirit is refreshing! Thank you for allowing me to capture you being FREE TO BE YOU!
