While in Virginia awaiting the arrival of our third grandchild, first grand daughter, I wanted to photograph my beautiful 9 month pregnant daughter in law Emily with her mama in the gorgeous nursery Evan and Emily have prepared for baby sweet P. (before they revealed the gender thats what we started calling her, and until she is born her name will be secret as well!).
It was so special for me to capture this time with mom and daughter. Generational portraits are precious and meaningful and what an honor for me to be able to do this!
Wizo (the dog) is Emmy’s ‘first baby”. He seriously makes me smile and had to be a part of the session as he kept sneaking in the room!
Baby Sweet P will be arriving any day… until then.. I get to enjoy time here with this stunning mama-to-be! So thankful my son brought her into our lives!
